My interest in the field of Speech Language Pathology began through various volunteer endeavors during my undergraduate degree in music education. Most memorably, I helped provide music therapy to adults and seniors in assisted living facilities, where I was introduced to an SLP and had the opportunity to learn more about this field. Through subsequent volunteer roles, I became most drawn to the connections that were fostered with the people that I was supporting. To this day, my love for this field is constantly renewed because of the connections I get to build with my clients.

I completed my Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2014, and have since gained invaluable experience in both the public and private sectors. I am experienced in working with adults with acquired brain injuries and other neurological disorders, as well as children with various communication needs. I have earned additional certifications in cognitive communication disorders, parent training for communication delays, voice therapy, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication.
