I began my career over 30 years ago working in South Africa as a Receptionist and Admin team member. Once I became a mother, I put my career on hold to raise my two amazing sons. As they grew older, I grew to realize I wanted a career. I trained as an ESL teacher and began teaching English in the classroom as well as online. I love interacting with people and found ESL to be very rewarding. After spending almost 15 years accompanying my spouse in Equatorial Guinea, we settled back into life in Canada. I found I wanted something permanent. I felt instantly at home when I interviewed at SL Hunter Speechworks and I am loving learning as I grow into this new role.
